I have been a coach, ESL teacher, regional sales manager, professor, yoga instructor, life coach, daughter/sister/wife/mother, business owner, poet, and more.  I am an ordained minister. I have a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in creative writing and have received Master level reiki attunement, but maintain my status as a perpetual student, with the eye of an educator, strong intuition, a well developed voice, and a talent for divination.

 

I’m an admitted personal development junkie and have spent most of my adult life reading books, working through programs, immersing myself in this and that method or healing modality. I come to the present with a collection of knowledge, and a toolbox of techniques ready to help others apply them to their own lives including but not limited to yoga, meditation, reiki, oracle cards, nature connection, and intuitive healing.

A little irreverent, I pick and choose what serves me and encourage others to do the same, but to do it with the highest intention.  I’m not one for many labels, and sometimes hard line services are hard to define.  A client might want reiki, but then need a protection charm, or think they need to learn to meditate but really need to work through tension in their body rather than their mind.  I approach each connection with a flexible viewpoint and open agenda, so that what will best serve you is able to develop organically through authentic conversation and intuitive collaboration. 

 

I believe in everything, and believe that everything should be accessible.  Healing doesn’t have to be shrouded in secretive ceremonies and held by gatekeepers.  I’m not a guru, and don’t consider myself the ultimate expert at anything.  But i am confident in the knowledge i do have.  I believe in my ability to listen, tune in, and to help someone connect deeper to themselves and the world around them.  I am able to share and teach tools that they individuals can continue using through future shifts and challenges. My goal with each client is to get to a point where they have enough knowledge and appropriate practices that they no longer need me.
