And guess what? The life we're living is one big arduous transition. I offer support to all parts of yourself during this journey, whether briefly through an acute time like a breakup, job change, loss, or time of self-discovery, or long term as you navigate the world that itself is undergoing painful contractions and contortions.
How does this work? On my part - intution and energetic attuneness, drawing on my lifetime of experience as a coach in many capacities. On your part - showing up and staying in touch.

In the past i’ve listed job titles and accomplishments to show my varied talents and experience. And i can tell you i’ve been a coach in some capacity since i was sixteen. But what really matters is who i am. What’s important is that my energetic signature is one that reaches through the cosmos, with an innate talent to tune into energy. With the frequency and capabilities of a raven - to see with three eyes, to know what’s true now, what lies deeper, and how we can get where we’re going. But i’m also a triple virgo, and the earth energy runs deep. Extremely grounded and grounding, i'm uniquely able to bridge the gap between the esoteric and the practical.
Aside from this energetic melody, i have acquired so many skills over the years. A self help junkie through my thirties i’ve collected tools and practices to move energy and habits in many ways. A little irreverent, I pick and choose what serves me and encourage others to do the same, but to do it with the highest intention. I’m not one for many labels, and sometimes hard line services are hard to define. A client might want reiki, but then need a protection charm, or think they need to learn to meditate but really need to work through tension in their body rather than their mind. I approach each connection with a flexible viewpoint and open agenda, so that what will best serve you is able to develop organically through authentic conversation and intuitive collaboration.
I believe in everything, and believe that everything should be accessible. Healing doesn’t have to be shrouded in secretive ceremonies and held by gatekeepers. I’m not a guru, and don’t consider myself the ultimate expert at anything. But i am confident in the knowledge i do have. I believe in my ability to listen, tune in, and to help someone connect deeper to themselves and the world around them. I am able to share and teach tools that they individuals can continue using through future shifts and challenges. My goal with each client is to get to a point where they have enough knowledge and appropriate practices that they no longer need me.

Reiki
As a reiki practitioner, in our sessions I am a channel for life force energy. Once delivered, it goes where it needs to go, for the highest good, within your energetic body. As an intuitive, once plugged in, I'm able to sense energy blocks, stored trauma (big T or small t, whether inherited or your own), and receive messages from your team of Guardian, and direct the release of held tension.
Sacred Ceremony
I am an ordained minister with a love of making the sacred unique to your story. I offer weddings, initiations, blessing ways, funerals, and more.
Mediumship
One on one or in a small group, the mediumship i offer is a way to receive messages from beyond. This is not an exact science but includes messages from guides, ancestors, loved ones who have passed, and other benevolent energies existing in the ethers.
